Well, the real question there is lurking is really...... When you lay siege to the Chaos City (eksempel), I just wonder if you can maybe attack and kill the NPC banker so people cant access there bank acount for some time, until he/she/it respawn (Lets say 1-2 hour time maybe). I think that could be cool. |

You should ask that for the next Grab Bag its all on City Sieges there's a thread here somewhere with a link to the website where they're taking questions!
Considering your supposed to get pretty much full reign on the place during the Siege I'd say you probably do get to kill off alot of the npc's Hehehehe |
