Ive played recently the trial in EQ2 ,and it was amazaing! loved it :)

so much better than WoW ,i cant believe that ive played this crap all along!

played lotro too, but got bored at lvl 41 champion on brandywine ....what the points of playing one faction (fake pvp trash).

and know already the end of the movie ?

what server is better for at everquestorian starting ?

Community varies for everyone but I personally found EQ2 community better than the mmos Ive played

(DAOC and WOW)

most popular PVE server is Antonia Bayle

eq2 has a great comunity....very helful...chat is always active with vets helping lower level players.

emm best server depends  on what you like doing....what are you mainly into...pve,pvep,rp...ect...ect

I can only speak for one server..Permafrost..and the community there is great.  Willing to help out and answer questions etc.

I have found the EQ2 community to be excellent, very friendly and helpful.

I am on the Splitpaw server.

eq2 actualy has a very good community atm. Might be becoes everyone has gone together against the common enemy; soe...

 I say burn all SoE games cept for eq2 all they do is ruin games im surprised that they are doin a good job on EQ2 ... the rest u can toss in the trash... but thats just my opinion.

This seems to be a sore spot with some. For reasons I do not know..people find certain servers not very nice...

I wonder if the community is cruel, or is it that the player who was there could not take a joke?

Many a time do I see a question in a main chat channel, and the answers are far ludicrous and totally over the top...and I just have to chuckle, as they seem highly amusing..

But, then I read the thread here on the AB community and how it is elitist and rude..yet, I have never felt that way...

I myself lashed out...because why would someone feel this way...it is not like that..

I then read why he felt that way, as he offered an item for sale...and supposedly received horrible offers..(7 platinum)

Then, last night I saw it happen. A new person was offering over standard chat a robe. It had +10 to health...and hardly ANYTHING else..and it was LEVEL 1. His offer?.....5 Platinum...the channel exploded...as this was foolish...and the jokes started to fly...

So...was the community being elitist because this person did not know what price to offer it for? Or were their jokes just that...jokes?

Maybe we need to understand what people want in a community...then maybe answer this question...

Until then..EQ2 has been the best place community wise...to me

I think the vets and i'm one of them have to remember that thier are a hell of a lot of new players coming into EQ2 at this time and we have to try and cut them some slack
