Wasn't there supposed to be an upgraded engine with DirectX 9 support in time for the "Wings" expansion for PC? Does anyone know what happened? Is it cancelled?

If it was indeed cancelled, then im pretty sure its due to the limitation of the ps2 hardware. The only reason why im against mmo's for consoles, but thats another story.

iirc they are working on it for PC and Xbox, it will not be a PS2 update.  But hey, you know how SE is... we are still waiting on things from ToAH expansion.
