Our American cousins are currently choosing who will be their next President. But I am glad you are all keeping things in perspective with an eye to the issue that really matters. :)

This reminds me of that game (damned if I can remember the name) that Lum the Mad used to joke about, with rape and fetus catapults. |

Anarchy will strike! If Hilary gets in office all hell will break loose! This will just give her more of a reason to banish games for ever! Being serious here, long ago in an egm article her crusade of the gaming industry is strong hearted and she will see through it that games don't go above a teen rating. You just wait, you say naw but when it happens I'll be the one laughing and probably crying too.

being an american Id have to say Im ashamed by the overwhelming hypocricy and contradictory behavior. I think its silly, immature, and primitive sense of thinking to define and seperate what is "tolerable" and what is not when it involves the human body. I think the human body is beautiful work of art, and should be presented in its full bregalia nipples and all :P there is a point of course where everything should serve a function and there should a limit, but i feel nipples are a non-issue and only further the realism in which the art style protrays AOC visually. I think this mindset with alot of americans are down right uncivilized, and outdated. Especially when so many americans are blood thirsty and watch violent movies of people dying, getting chopped into pieces, or burned, or killed in various ways that wouldnt think a person could get killed in that fashion. Yet show a nipple, display sex (which I think is a beautiful natural thing) and all alarms, and christians and catholics start foaming at the mouth and start barking, howling, chasing their tails, and otherwise going total ape-sh1T! overwhat? a nipple? dont we all have nipples? shouldn't a human body be portrayed in its natural form?? what is this puritan prudish obession of covering our bodies? the question remains when you hide these natural facts from children are you protecting them? or are you stifling, and smothering their maturity and overall outlook in life?? I think by doing so we are in fact stifling and smothering our children and preventing them from experiencing so much more,.....having free expressive thinking. I been playing games since i was 8, yet Ive watched numerous movies, tv shows that have showcase and inadvertantly "promote" anarchy and violent sociopathic thinking (at lease thats what jack thompson and his army of a$$holez would love you to believe) but seriously, tv shows, and Movies are far more violent, yet have less plot, and quality of story than a Game, hell some games have as much if not more reading material as a 500-1000 page novel. So kids are to some degree are learning to read, solve complex problems, view and extrapolate socially defining moments that will effect how they are percieved and treated by other "people" in the game such as building character, learning the difference between right and wrong, the value of trade, economy, how actions can effect consequences and effect you later on. improves, visual-hand coordination, improves cognitive thinking, and reasoning. thebiggest lesson,if your in a MMO is that it teaches you certain rules like in the real world, right, wrong, indifference, and more importantly how to relate and act towards people. the list goes on. I think games in short version are a learning tool. I think people who don't embrace it like any technology or tool, are left behind. 3.4ghz Phenom II X4 965, 8GB PC12800 DDR3 GSKILL, EVGA 285 GTX 1GB, 640GB HD SATA II, BFG 1000WATT PSU.
