Hey, i recently played in the Closed beta for Cabal Online, it was awsome, i would give it 8/10 in the beginning but once u get past the 30~40 the fun starts, id give it 11/10 then. The Open beta will be released very very soon, it just closed yesterday so its gonna be closed until they fix all the bugs/glitches, i reccomend u try it when its out. Has everything, PvP, Guild wars, PK, Quests, Awsome Skills, Awsome Armour and the graphics are awsome to. Try it at http://cabal.ogplanet.com/main.og |

Originally posted by BellaH there is not crafting, but you can find a stone called "core" and they come in different category low and high so you can attach it any piece of gear. Is a quest grind the quest are really, really easy but is always the usual dumb stuff (like they make you talk to 5npc b4 making you kill some kind of monster). The close beta didn't let you go higher than lvl50 but you could solo all the way to 50 you could also party and grind higher lvl monster for decent exp but I find it boring I rather quest for myself. The only thing I like was the combat system at lvl 10 you can learn the "combo skill", the combo skill let you cast all your skills in any order than you want to cast your skills in a much faster way letting you kill multiple monster in a much easy way. I only got to lvl 22 so I can't tell you anything else. |

Thank you answered my exact question I understand the grind but I like to know but lead of quest where to grind.. for example go talk to "Luke" lukes tells you go kill 75 wambats..that kinda thing.....also I read that there is a LVL50 quest to start crafting? Playing Salem. |

Originally posted by BellaHYeah I think you can actually craft at higher lvl now that I remember there are two tabs one that says craft on the character skill that I couldn't open. The quest are very easy like i say before is not like other games where they make you read a paragraph and in between the lines they will tell where to go. On cabal they will only tell you where to go, what to kill, what to get and you won't have any problem to find out. |

Im pretty sure many from Europe will play too, always nice with new servers (fresh start)
I live in Sweden and me and my friends had no problem at all playing OB
So stop say its only for US/Canada, they might have to say it is cuz of contract and so, but in realitiy its not
Sorry for my english |

Is this like a new "2008" game, as in you need a super fast computer or else there will be a total lag fest? |

damn finally, i played on the Japan server with an english patch a long time ago had a ton of fun with the combo system, then they added IP blocks :( it lvled pretty fast, but its probably the only game i ever played that i actually had fun just grinding mobs, just to kill for no reason other than fun. would be doing a kill x many mobs and would have completed it and 20 min later i realized i didn't have to kill anymore. the combo system makes the game imo. and thanks for posting this i had gave up on us getting it, last up date i had seen on the us version was on like dec of last year. |

I have been waiting for a long time to play this game, almost 3 years now, and It is exactly what I thought it would be, grindcore eye candy with a better questing then Lineage 2. This is like the Godfather of the F2P industry, the next big f2p game coming up is Rohan, which I can't wait for. The servers are packed out the wazoo, this game has let me uninstall a few other games (though LotRO is is still installed ;) ) |

The big turn off for me with PW is it over all Asian theme and tone. Also think the animation and special effects in PW aren't really up to par with a game as old as Cabal. If you watch some of the videos for cabal, some of the thought into the character development is pretty well executed. Cabal also has the technology fanstay crossover implemented in a action rpg that is played online, it is pretty awesome / Also has mounts that are vechicles and I am excited to check that all out.
