Now most people will raise eyebrows at me when they see the high slots but remember people less cap per level isn't actually a damage bonus, it's just a way of CCP's to make Amarr Pilots cry as even with maxed out skills the stupid guns dry their cap in no time. High Slots : 6x Vulcan 220mm Autocannon II's , 1 Heavy Missile Launcher II Mid Slots : 1x 10mn MWD II, 1x Disruptor II, 1x Medium Cap Injector II (400 charges) Low Slots : 1x Medium Armor Repairer II, 1x 1600mm rolled tungsten plate (better than T2), 3x T2 hardeners, 1x Gyrostabilizer II Doesn't really need a web as the AC's have insane amounts of tracking and will tank as well as most BS's with the resistances bonus and the 8,000 or so armor while plated. Depending on your mood, you can fit some Projectile Rigs to increase damage output or some Trimarks are really nice but your essentially doubling the value of the ship per rig so, I like to leave this types bare. Beauty of this ship is that no one really expects it to have the ac's or that much tanking ability as the cap injector is running your repper non-stop for about 4 minutes. If you run the numbers as well, you'll notice the DPS is actually HIGHER than using heavy pulse laser II's by about 8% with equal skills with much better tracking, carry some different charges to customize your damage to your enemy's weakness and voila.
