Its new, has mechs, fast real time action fun, and best of all its free download and play. I tried it and its addicting plus its a good way for me to keep me busy till Warhammer comes out. I was in the beta for this since quite a ways back. I haven't looked at it or logged in forever. I didn't even know it had gone live. It's a fun diversion, tohugh I haven't played it in months, so I'm probably not the best judge as to whether the game is fun or not. ------------------------- |

Dude... If this has real time combat then my life is complete. Is it a super grinder where you must have to use the item shop?

And its all PvP so your grinding other people lol. Plus the parts you get for armor and customization looks kool realy kool. |

I just noticed, big ship drops mines, mech can't "fly" out of the way. It seems very ground based for a mach with wings game. Not that it doesn't look fun, just saying... Played (more than a month): SWG, Second Life, Tabula Rasa, Lineage 2, Everquest 2, EvE, MxO, Ryzom. Tried: WoW, Shadowbane, Anarchy Online, Everquest, WWII Online, Planetside Beta: Lotro, Tabula Rasa, WAR. |

It's free to play. I wanted to play this so badly (a break from being raped to death in Armored Core: TLR) but I couldn't get it work, had some stupid server issue. Seems like it has a lot of driver problems.. anyway, I'll download it again (once more) and give it another go. |

Indeed, it's not an MMO. it's very similar to Gunz online, but not as good imo. |

It feels more like counter strike with a chat room then a MMO. And yes, I would know since I was in beta before....
But it is a fairly good game for those who like to pilot mechs. (I'm a gundam fan....)
Current MMO: Eden Eternal, Divina (TW Ver.), World of Tanks. Past MMO: Way too many (P2P and F2P) |

Most free mmo's have a item shop and a super grind. If it is possible to have fun without the item shop then I might try it out once my laptop arrives. 
I'm sold. Real time combat and grinding other players, It's heaven at last!
