Wow.... underwater should come out eventually...

I'd hope for water powers, zones and enemies to come out in a single update... it'd be great... no Atlantis tho... Atlantis is played out... (maybe ruins of an underwater city, but no ancient bubbles or mermen, please....

It'd be tight to have an underwater lab facility, like Fathom had, that heroes can treat as a zone, but real water heroes are free to move around in 3D outside the zone...

Great idea for the water... but don't hold your breath

I played in beta (First-Aid) and I came back with my boyfriend and played these last few weeks... wow, I have hardly seen a game that has changed so little since going gold.

I doubt crptic is going to do anything more than smear some icing around on what is already here.  The massive problems with this game have never been addressed... why would they be interested in an entirely new direction for the players?  They wouldn't.  This game was finished when it hit retail.  Truthfully, nothing has been done to it since.  Sure Sure, you can talk about the triffles that have changed, but they are a few hours worth of programming changes spread out over the last two years.  COH is not going anywhere but down (Think compression of servers because their aren't enough people to play teams on most of them)

Perhaps the next game will be more well thought out.

Underwater is already mostly implemented.

It just need a few fine tuning before been made available for the masses, and prolly change a little the way character swims/move.

There are areas in Grandville where you can go underwater and see for yourself.

Some of the changes since beta include:

Completely new zones: Striga, Hollows, Rikti Crash Site, Peregrine, Shadow Shardx4, Troll Tunnels, Croatoa.
Revamped zone: Faultline.
PvP: Arena and zoned (Warburg, Bloody Bay, Siren's Call, Recluse's Victory).
A whole new city (of Villains) complete with new AT's, zones, mobs, monsters, plots - well it's a whole game!
Capes, auras and innumerable costume parts.
New AT's - the Keldians.
Supergroup bases.
Sidekicking/exemplaring.
Badges.
Instanced outdoor missions, now including Safeguard missions (or CoV equivalent).
Police Band/Paper missions.
Veterans' Rewards.
Special events (Halloween/Winter events)
Mission difficulty settings
New powersets: Archery, Sonic, Electric Mastery, Electric Melee, Ancillary Power Pools
Numerious small changes to city's look and feel.  E.g. University built in Steel Canyon, reflection added to windows

Plus all the expected nerfing and tweaking e.g. enhancement diversification.
So you believe all this is possible in "a few hours worth of programming changes spread out over the last two years".   You're clearly a very gifted programmer.  Or not...
Out of interest, can you tell me which game has had what you would describe as 'significant change' since it's release?  SWG perhaps?  Look how well that went down with the subscribers.
