3400m/s without overheating, and no need for fitting mods. very nice ^_^ the rep can be a DCU if your that confident, but the security of living that little longer against the missile ships is good. artillery for that little bit extra and more drone range cause thats always handy ^_^

Only times I have lost this ship is, screwed up in a gate camp, 5 ceptors and 3 nano Deimos. Solo'd a curse until got too close and ran out of cap charges (20% hull on him though, got the kill mail from a friend who jumped in just as I popped) and well, rapier gangs are not friendly. I live in branch and fly against Insurgency, ATF and Triumvirate Nano gangs ^_^ it is a very solid setup to roam in solo. next step, curse ^_^

Hate them or love them, they are a way of life in pvp. Force recons and nano HAC gangs with a CS here and there are what you'll cop roaming into your space in Branch, Tenal, and the only way to properly fight them in a quick draw gang is to have the same tactics. Unless you have 5 rapiers and a god awful amount of tracking, not much you can do in the 2 minutes it takes for them to come in and attack and leave again. so having a nano'd Ishtar handy is my number 1 (as I don't fly amarr or minmatarr..)
