Yes, I believe this is correct, but I have heard nothing about it lately.

 

I think -- repeat, think -- the chicken morph does not apply to Open RvR servers.  But I do not know for sure.

I want to go Open RvR because I have no intention of hiding in a PvE zone.

I hope this is true if so I am going Open RVR.

Hmm... I hope they get Open RvR only in Tier 4! So tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 are just the same as Core, but in Tier 4 you are always flagged for PvE?

Ok I have never played RvR. I have not even played on a PvP server. I never has been involved with PvP(except one time in SWG).

Do you guys/girls think I should start on a Open RvR server anyway?

 I feel like Im ready to "learn the ropes". And while it may be new and confusing at the start, it will probably be quite rewarding later in the game.

 Im willing to get kicked in the butt a couple of times, but only if I can enjoy the game play later on.

 I guess my choice will be Open rvr(rp if possible) and to seek out a friendly guild to play with. I hope not all guilds will be ultra hardcore pvpers with rules that say you must have 100 pvp kills before you even are allowed to talk in the guild chat... lol ...ok that maybe was over the line...

 Yeah maybe stupid questions but I really want to make the best choice possible from the start.

 This gonna be so much fun... even if I gonna suck at pvp, I think the community for the diffrent realms gonna be great . And that much why I play, to be a part of a community.

I will play on the kind of server where you can kill(be killed by) enemies and members of your own faction... What? There's none ?!...

You're an Orc. A little goblin is annoying you cos it's killing all the stunties you want to khill. You smash the gob'. Wat's wrong with that ? :S

I can only hope WAR will not be the WoW-clone I think it will be. To me, this game, when announced, was this wonderful thing that would revolution the life of hardcore PvPers. Since then, it's been a series of disappointments.

go big or go home...if you never did pvp its best to start on a pvp server because its the best way to learn the system
