my opinion is no because ppl there a greedy, prices are hella high(like 5 mil is an avg for a decent item.
theres major inflation every so often and it will bore you... |

i think that you should play Maple Story becuase its fun and something to do on your free time or if you really like the game you can take it full time. Also its a game that has a pretty friendly community for the most part, so ya I think that you should at least try out Maple Story.

I agree That you should at lest try the game. I love this game, and Yes, prices can inflate, but what the other player didn't mention is that you can earn that much gold fairly quickly. All you have to go is sell the items that you don't want and poof, gold is made. Besides, it's not hard to find the items that people are selling. ^.^ I really like this game, and it's totally worth at least a once play through. Emo: Kids who want to be different and individual, so they reform to the "Emo" persona. Just like every body else. |

From the comments so far, i also agree although with my history of playing MS it was a large grind to 30.

Hey, its always worth a go. All the graphics are pretty cute, and using the market (buying and selling) is quite satisfying- most players are willing to negotiate. So, if you can get your hands on just 2 mil, you can make some nice money within an hour if you are good at bartering. Only thing is, prices are already inflated in Maple Global, so much that the prices can be nearly 3x Maple SEA prices. So if you want to join, go to SEA, although they are slightly slower in developing than Global. Another good thing is, the Singaporeans which hog SEA have to go to school more than usual in the holidays, so you can hog the training places and they are in a different time zone.

If you are ready to lose your soul, hell yeh, the only things that ruins the game is the community, hackers, scammers, etc. my advice is to look for a friendly guild as quickly as possible (at lvl 25 or so), my guild (DoomArrival FTW!) is kind of the backbone of my characters, because of them, i started playing my lvl 31 sin again, and they encouraged me to make my bandit, they can really help you out at times when it's hard (for example with money, lol) Characters: (Maplestory) |

i said NO. 3 Reason... 1st bunch of Hacker, which really make you mad alot of time. 2nd alot of childish kids. 3rd GM never cares.. Simple as that... other then that the game its okie, you can play MS but you'll be awaisting your time though. |

most likely NO 1. you will get bored by the time you get to lvl 8 or 16 someting like taht 2. takes ALONG time to lvl up 3. it just gets lame as you play
ps: only play if you are really pacient*(spelling) enough, or else i wouldnt recomment it

I think this game is really awesome when you're high lvl, the skills get really cool, but to get that high is way too hard. i tried this game already 3 times i never got over lvl 16, anyway if you love grinding this is your game lol

i play maplestory global on bera and all this stuff about there being lots of hackers is not true imo. i left the game about a year ago and came back last week. almost every single person was a hacker back then, but now i havnt seen one hacker yet in the past week. u should try the game, i dont know why but i like the game. the characters look cool and the cash shop items look awesome. yeh, theres alot of grinding, but for some reason i always come back to play maplestory

Dont get me wrong DarkPlanet11 but this game has a lot of cheating going on in it. Well unless a new patch fixed it but I dont believe they have fixed the problem. The game is a lot of fun and it is something different from most mmorpgs, but it is very easy to steal levels.

Im begging you Don't play Maplestory I played it for i think about 3 years now and im hooked its not becuze i love the game its becuze it controls you and you become addicted to it. This game is a drug that im hope I get over it soon so i can get a life but you will get bored of it and can't stop playing cuze if you stop you feel like your missing something and that something for me isn't Maplestory its a life and Once you start its hard to quit Just do me a favor and don't play it |
