WAR (Warhammer Online)

    Im most likely gonna pick chaos but just wondered what others thought........

Do it again and do it right. It's Order vs. Destruction.

As above it is Order and Destruction. Chaos is one of the main factions within Destruction.

There have been many polls about which class/side people are going to play (Made entirely of players who are not in beta). I think it is safe to assume that the majority of players will play DESTRUCTION and that ORDER will be underpopulated in the beginning. Chaos will likely have the largest population followed by greenskin and dark elves. For whatever reason it seems dwarves will be the least populated. Many people have mentioned that  The Dwarf classes and screenshots seem bland compared to the other classes/races.

Now, this is my speculation. I could be WAY off. However, when I get my hands opn the game...I will make a beeline right to ORDER. I LOVE playing the less popular race, or the underpowered class and suprise everyone with how well I do. Besides I wont have to worry about competing against 10,000 players for killing lev 1 rabbits to complete the first quest.

I'll be curious to see the results of this poll because I've guessed that Chaos will be the most populated come release.   I've seen on some other sites that Chaos is usually the popular pick for these polls.

Time will tell, but my feeling is that Order will eventually outnumber Destruction by a small percentage -- although this may differ on a few servers.

The reasoning is this:

~ Players like "pretty" races.  And come retail release, when many brand-new players enter the game (rather than fans who are following the development of the game), they will usually gravitate toward the pretty races.

~ Both Greenskins and Dwarves will be in the minority on all servers.  They have their big fans, but they are not pretty.

~ Empire and Chaos (both Human) will attract many players.

~ Dark Elf and High Elf (both pretty) will attract many players.

Anyway, that's the way I see it.

If I knew you personally I'd bet you money that you are dead wrong.  Every MMO that has come out with a good and evil side that I know of has always had these polls.  In the polls the 'evil' side wins hands down but at actual launch it is the good side that has a disproportionate number of players.  I think the key reason for this is the the polls are not a realy sampling of the player base.  People who read these forums make a up a tiny fraction of the actual players.  It would be like asking a single block who the next president was going to be and assuming the rest of the country will follow that block in the way they vote.

aight well chaos is destruction so you know who i ment lol, i would redo the vote but way to many to redo it now lol

At this point I want to go Chaos, but in the end, its up to my guild in which side we will choose.
