I think the entire industry got a black eye this year. Besides Lotro, there was not one decent MMO released this year. The entire industry is getting bombarded with the free Asian junk. I think you could lump every asian game out there for every category and they would be the winner for this award. Just horrible designs and it is going to get worse before it gets better. What is wrong with you developers out there, do we have to wait for the next title from Blizzard to have our next success? If so, it certainly does not say much for the industry. |

After seeing WoW win 'Worst Graphics', I lost the ability to give any credibility to the rest of the list. It becomes clear just how mindlessly negative bias > actual taste or perspective in the case of this 'article'. |

That is a pretty hilarious article. But I must say I deeply resent the Darkfall comment.... And as for the WoW vote, I agree to some degree, but it is a good to make a game low end machines can play. It is also intellegent to make it a unique style like that so that it wont "go out of style" it doesn't get outdated like realistic graphics, because it isn't meant to be realistic. Also, wasn't the ruining of UO worse than NGE???

I don't get the votes for POTBS as worst graphics. What the hell? Did the voting public just look at old screenshots? The graphics in the open sea and in battles are beautiful. The towns are very nicely rendered, and Tortugas is one of the neatest looking cities I've ever seen in any MMO. Avatars are average, but it's still getting tweaked. I'm just astounded anyone would call the graphics "the worst" considering all the other stuff out there. And for Christ's sake people, understand that saying "SWG is the worst all time" is not throwing away votes!!!! Get some common sense in your head! |

Worst Graphics: MMOWTF Reader Pick: World of Warcraft/Pirates of the Burning Sea Yeah, we sure made an ugly game when we made Pirates; although it's kind of hard to see the ugliness because all the beauty that is in the way. But if you scholar the game very very carefull I'm confident you will find it. I've included some image links to help you in your continued evaluation. |

I bet most ppl who voted for WoW or PotBS never tried Roma Victor... because Roma Victor cant be beaten between horrible artistic directions, awefully put into place and with horrendous design, I just wonder why it wasnt canceled.... |
