Don''t rate a game based on what it will be, has been, or what it can potentially be.

I need to get ahold of some number to get ahold of FSS.

I signed up at release, but haven't played in a while. FSS charged me twice that month, then continued charging (I never remember getting members stuff either).

There must have been a mixup with some of their billing people, and I need to get ahold of them, but they don't answer emails.

It took me about 5 seconds to find the phone numbers for support. And that's because there is a support tab on the home page.

I already tried that number, just like everyone else. It never actually goes through to an agent and you are urged to use the electronic system.
