I am currently looking for a PVP game that has a sense of clan bases goals to control things and be able to feel like you have actually accomplished  something. I am currently playing EVE, but I cannot grasp the gameplay quite yet. I mainly think it is because of space. I have never really been into the whole SCI-FI genre. Well, any opinions will be greatly appriciated. Thank you for your time.

Experienced ORPG programmer and avid Craftsman on most MMOGs

If you're looking for a real group experience and PvP, Planetside is your best bet.

Although I hate PvP, it's actually made it very fun. And removes the Grind entirely.

The community is nice and it has a great Continent Control system too, along with tons of weapons, armor, vehicles, etc.

 

 

And even I can't grasp EVE. It's a very, very boring and confusing game.
