Vanguard: Saga of Heroes

  After all the stuff for the holidays is over,I am going to buy this and give it a shot played some in the open beta. Couldnt bring myself to buy it then but will now.

Will probably try it if I get the email.

Wondering if servers can handle all of us patching! lol

Yes but no-one has given the exact time we can start,They are chatting about it on the offical forums also and as of yet no-one has started the trial.

I will give this a try, I suppose.  I'm not going to expect too much, just want to see how the game has come along since Alpha stage when it released.

Servers are up and no account activation here.

WOOOOOt just dug up my vanguard box, cant wait to install, have to wait for my wifes eve session to be done, im excited.

Dont get to excited though mate no activastion of old accounts yet and still no word from SOE on the offical VG forums as too when we can expect it.

Lol, I have no access to the game yet.  SoE better hurry, WoW servers will be up soon.

I’m not going to try to tell you what game is better or what you should play, it’s just this isn’t a good game.  It was doomed from the get go and I can’t see it getting better.  SoE has other games coming out and I can’t see them sticking with this one for too much longer.  Soon it will be pushed to the back with the Matrix and planet side.

Thats alright, apart from you saying it sucks, because it does not. You simply don't seem to like the sandbox style of gameplay which this game has. And it has quite a lot of content now.

 

But your post is still alright, because you do not dislike this game due to bugs or poor performance but due to not liking the gameplay and that is very much a matter of taste. This is what I said in another post, I believe that now VG is in a state where you will or will not like it due to gameplay reasons and not due to it being unfinished.

i liked the game, but it wasnt exactly a full sand box to me, to me a full sandbox is a game where u r not limited much, but this is "Class" based, so its limiting u from the start, but i still liked it, ill give it another shot
