That one has as much chance of happening with this current developer given their financial and legal problems, and just plain bad ideas as I have of having Jessica Alba deliver my personal copy of Duke Nukem Forever along with the news that I am the father of her baby. If there were an open beta instead of a handful of lucky bastards who got into the closed beta maybe they would have had a successful October launch, simply lame.
