I just gotta ask..... Exactly what bugs? You would have possibly gotten up to about lvl 15. I can't remember finding any in my passes thru that level. |

I only ran into one mission that was bugged in the Mires where I needed to grab some salvage from a downed ship and I was unable to. I sent a petition in and later that evening I had a GM send me a tell and help me out. |

I've done every single mission and didn't experience my first mission bug until about 25 or 26. Telling a GM they need to get back to work was just ignorant and stupid. |

Seriously. Anyone that uses that word and even moreso anyone that tries to use the word and hide it so weakly...certainly does not have an opinion that 90% of the interent cares to hear. As for the bugs....many of us have run repreatedly the areas you would have been in with a 3 day pass and those areas are very clean of bugs. As for the GMs. They have always been fast and helpful to me and anyone in my clan. If your post here is any sign of what your petition looked like, I can see why they may have taken longer to get to you though. |

For now every petition I have sent in has had a response - be it a bugged ToO or mission or some hardware errrors, all has been resolved. The gm support is some of the best in the business because they actually have the power to alter your character - try getting help in LOTRO or WOW for example, the gm's are worthless with stock answers. In TR I have had gm's teleport me to the quest npc to turn in my quest immediately and make sure it works, I have not had that happen since EQ. All in all you must be playing a completely different game. I am still curious how high you leveled in the 3-day trial, lower levels they squashed those bugs a while ago. |

On a 3 day trial, unless you played 24/7, you're not going to encounter "many, many bugs". I'm level 22 and I've only had to drop and restart a mission once. I've petitioned once but it was a misunderstanding on my part, not the games fault. When you petition they send you an email to a support case on plaync.com where you can resolve the issue outside of the game, hence no need for direct contact in game with a GM. The rest of your post just sounds made up, just sayin... |

Well.. I played 6 days not having one mission bug so far.. And I bet he did not even scratch the content I have seen. It may be word of mouth and his impression he got from people in the chat ingame. And as I believe that there are mission bugs from reading the chat. He may "believe" that too. BUT I also think a lot of those "bugs" are just people having not read the quest carefully. Sometimes.. you need a bit of brain. And so I whitnessed today a GM telling a player that he can't help as his "bug" is none and he has to read more carefully :) GMs are very responsive. I even made the joke that I feel watched ... because some GMs where giving hints to players to send a petition because they read their questions for help in public chat. This was not even bug related... To OP: I am so glad that your trial is over now... and I feel not sorry that you failed :) - Westal (back for keeping Bane out of the CPs) |

Those GMs were doing their job, it's called public relations. Just because someone has the letters GM tacked onto their name doesn't mean they do the bug fixing. |

hmm, last time i checked the only emoticon i provided as to mood was a smiley, which it still is. to those that seem to know it all, good for you. for those thin skinned and wanting explanations as to your gm's conduct and why i would blast them, ask them why they would spend an hour and change talking about being drunk and pregnacies among other topics, those on that server will know what i am typing about. when the wait is over 4 hours (and dont assume i stood in one stpot for that time, which some of you would as for the mod edited word, i figured it was fine, apparently not, so i wont use it again as folks seem thin skinned around here. i will add it to the other words society seems afraid to use. now for the dev replies. the three i turned in, one a door not opening when a boss was killed, two others, squad related folks going linkdead and then rejoining and not getting credit although most of us remained and waited to finish. as examples, were all emailed the next day (today) none addressed ingame, two would have been an easy fix, one i could see having to reset. NOW, will all that said, fanbois...(i am becoming one grudingly).......this game is addicting, today i was about to delete it and instead i end up playing and then end up paying for a month........hypocrisy aside, if the customer service improves and either gm's do their jobs OR they hire more to handle problems in 30 minutes or less, since i see no big server populations, this game could go who knows where, for now, customer service stinks. can you smell that?!!...............there is nothing quite like it.....................the smell of troll in the morning............i love that smell. |

All that aside, it's good to see you gave it another shot and are seeing the light. |

Hope you enjoy the game but don't set yourself up for disappointment with the 30 minute or less replay. Maybe I have been unlucky but any game I have played (swg, eq2, wow, and vg) but anytime I have sent a /petition there has never been a reply within 30 minutes ever. |

The man knows what he's talking about, after all he did play the 3 day trial. I've been playing MMOPs for quite a bit and even work in the industry and so far from my experiences, the in game support in TR has been good. The "BS" sessions the OP described is actually a smart customer service move. It lets the players see that there are GMs in game and a venue for them to use to submit feedback, ask general questions and even get assistance. It also reminds the GMs that the customers are players as well and to approach them as such and not as a nuisance. Something that GMs in other MMOs have a tendency to forget. My direct experiences have all gone well. The recent patch bugged the jail in Foreas Base for some, I was unable to complete the missions for Agent Franz. I submitted a peition and within 20 minutes had GM_Raven contact me in game. The GM then teleported me to the jail and I was able to complete the quest and get a new one. I completely forgot the jail was bugged and went to turn in the next mission stage and couldn't get in. GM_ROFL was telling us how aweseome he was, so I asked him to prove it by teleporting me into the jail and with a minute I was teleported in. But as all things with life, YMMV. Fuhyo Subotai |

Graill, give it more time than a 3 day period. You hardly scratched the surface of the game in that amount of time. All new games have their fair share of issues and the latest patch really fixed a lot of things. As for the GM's, it's unfortunate that something like that may have happened, but I've never seen this personally. In fact, the ppl in the game have always gone the extra mile when I had an issue or question, so give them time. It's a good game, just going through the same phase that all the other new MMORPG's have gone through. Eve-Online, EQ2, DnL, SWG (Dead), Guild Wars, Anarchy Online, EQ, DAoC, Planet Side, WoW, LOTR, Tabula Rasa. |

I've run pretty much every mission up through level 20, from the Wilderness through the Divide and now into the Pallisades. Honestly I don't think I've seen one bug. Wait, I take that back. In crater lake I was unable to blow up the generator after one of my groupmates did, and I didn't get credit for their having done so and couldn't proceed in the quest line. (Only two quests left at that point). After the group finished and disbanded I went back in and soloed the last bit. Other than that, not a single bug. |

Ive experienced only a couple minor bugs getting to 17. Most players have stated the bugs dont really start untill 30+. In all the game ive played and needed to petition only twice did i get a response within a couple hours. Heck in 3 or 4 i never got a response and just moved on. |

I am now up to lvl 32. Before the first patch ( allready released ) I found about 10 quests that were broken. After thatpatch all I could find was 2 that were still broken. ALl the broken stuff seems ot be sidequests etc.., nothing mayor. I really think this is a great game, I am having tons of fun. BTW the second patch was out allready fixing the remainder of bugs. The game is really in great hands and new patches and content is coming really fast. Read the mmorpg interview, they have tons of stuff planned and in the pipeline, some to come out in the next patch. Tabula Rasa is well worth trying !
