Asia is a Lie. Have you ever look at an Asia Continent Map? It clearly shows that most of Rusia and the Middle east is part of Asia. But yet if you where to tell a Russian or an Iranian that they are Asian, they well murder you. The point is that Asia lied about how much land they actually have. If they lied about this, then how much so with the number of subscribers of WoW. Cost couple of pennies to play wow, I bet with my paycheck, I can pay for 1 Billion of Subcribtions fees in Asia. The only problem is getting that many people to play it. |

Well I guess you cant prove that WoW has 8.5 million players because you cant show me a simple screen shot. And yes I tried to understand these people who so blindly say WoW have 8.5 million plus subscribers by becoming one of them. Only by infusing my mind will enable me to understand the truth. |

Originally posted by ram3o What kind of screenshot or you looking for? No one can screenshot 8.5 million people on servers. If you don't beleive Blizzard has that many subs, then fine. Even if they lied, they still make alot of money regardless of your opinon. Are you made because thier paycheck is bigger than yours? Its got to be something. People in Asia do pay to play WoW, its not 100% free. And no matter what size the land of Asia is, China itself, has one city that peaks out at about 1.5 billion people. And thats just one city. If your to smart to not search and find the info for yourself, your posting is only making you look dumb. They put thier numbers out there, if you can't see that then it doesn't really matter. Blizzard does have 8.5 million subs and no screenshot will show that to you. EIther get over it or get over yourself. And on another note, Blizzard was owned by Vivendi long before WoW came out. Matter fact I think they have always been owned by them as long as I can remember. Btw im not a WoW fanboi, and will never be. The game is just not my cup of tea. But even I know when i see a successful company. And them lying about sub numbers would not matter. People who play WoW play it because they like it. THey also play it because they like the company. If you don't, why not move to a game you like. There is plenty out there to choose from. ANd im sure you could find alot of mis information from them to keep you busy. Also, if you still want a screenshot after reading this, then I want a screenshot were you asked everyone in Iraq if they played WoW. ............................................. Thats what I thought. Nuff said. |
You seem to be an intelligent fella. However there one problem I dont understand. If WoW has 8.5 million subscribers then why on earth doesnt me or my grandma play. Shouldnt one of us be playing if WoW had that many subscribers?!? Then what about Warcraftrealms.com, it only show 6,300,187 charactors currently being played in the USA and Europe servers. Do you find it a little strange that there only be 6,300,187 charactors, when accounts can have up too 12 charactors. Come on do the math. That mean that there is only 525,015 people playing WoW. Then do you find it strange that blizzard only sold 3.5 million burning crusades copies back in march. And if you try to find the current sells for the burning crusades you will only find 3.5 + million? Then if they sold 3.5 million copies back in march, then why on earth are there only 2,253,221 charactors at level 70. Do you also find it strange that Blizzard end up giving the burning crusade to china for free. Why? This game is suppose to be a world-wide game, but there some part of the world that cant play WoW. Like in Iran, or South African tribes that lives in clay houses, and Walish people. If you didnt find this infomation fishy, then I guess its to late for you. I cant help you. |

Allow me to answer your questions you won't stop repeating. 1) The world population is approximately 5 billion. That means 4,991,500,000 people do not play WoW. I'm pretty sure your grandma doesn't count as that many people. 2) The US and EU Wow player population combined is less then Asia's numbers. Therefore they have less characters. 3) There are no game Screenshots that show 8.5 million people online.
Stop. NOW. |
