and after being at the copenhagen gameshow , and tried it this weekend , ill say i think so !

When I played it at two of the conventions it was very fun. I quoted this user's post because it is the most truthful post here. While it may or may not become the next big thing, but I believe it will be the next fun thing because the couple of hours I got to play it during the events, I felt it was fun at all times. We will see though for sure when they open beta gain in December.

If it becomes the next "fun" thing for everyone, then it will be the next "big" thing. Unless you mean it will be the next fun thing for you.

I am definitely looking forward to WAR, of course not many of us have played it yet- myself included. But I think its obvious, especially with post like this, that WAR is definitely above the usual "typical" mmorpg threshold. With that being said, beta test sign ups should not be any indication of how great a game will do- considering before games like WoW there were a lot less people who even knew what a beta test was and more importantly, a lot less people who played mmorpgs. All you can do is wait and see, it wont over-throw WoW overnight I'll say that much.

I picked Toyota commercials in 3 years :p because, if PvP is implamented as good as I think it might be, alot of PvErs will have there eyes opend and suddenly relise that its friggin cool to join a 200 vs 200 battle and why the hell did I spend all my life killing BOTS! WAR's subs will be in the millions im sure of that! beta signups are at 486,964k so yeah,  expect millions of us!
