I ask this because there isn't much buzz about this game as you'd normally see with the launch of a new MMO. These boards and the PotBS boards over at VN are pretty much dead. Isn't anyone interested in pirates, ships, treasure, grog and wenches? lol I wonder if they'll drop the NDA so fans can start spreading the word abouytthis game on the forums. |

They can not drop the NDA till the Devs / Publisher drop the NDA it is nothing about anything to hide just the fact they own the game untill retail. |

Well, as soon as they hit open beta I'm sure they'll drop the NDA, right now, as is stated they are just doing Stress test 2. |

I'm an idiot. I thought you were asking about the Stress Test. My answer was based on that mistaken assumption. Obviously, by the time Open Beta rolls around, there really won't be any point to maintaining an NDA, since anyone who wants to know about the game will just be able to sign up and try it out for themselves. FLS might ask people to maintain the NDA, but I doubt that they would. |

I figure the NDA will be released during the open beta. I mean come on its open to the public now, anyone can download it and get a key. In fact I am downloading it right now, and am 27% complete with about an hour and 5 min remaining. I play Voyage Century Online and its not a bad game for being a free MMO, but I think PoTBS looks alot better and hoping that it will have alot more content than VCO. I am sure it will be raised soon. |

1) This isn't open beta, it's a stress test. 2) They've already stated many times on their public forums that there are no plans to have an open beta though they will allow many more beta testers in during the final stages.
