its seems like the korean spammers found the site, random post for game ads, gold selling posts....this sucks, most of us deal w/ the bastards in game, why do they hafta spma the forums now too?

Though yes, it is quite annoying to see spammers. There isn't much you can do about it.

huh? Theres always the odd spammer and gold seller here, they usually get promptly eliminated.. if you see a  post just report it.

No lie. I'm so sick of all the Maple Story posts. It looks like there is a site devoted to getting mindless kids to advertise for the game so that they can get points to spend in the cash shop.

They give them "real world quests" to do and then they reward them with the cash shop points. I'm sure the real world quest revolve around telling people how great the game is.

What's worse is that I've been temp banned from this site for making a joke post in the precious EVE forums and they won't ban or even warn these { Mod Edit }

The moderation on these boards is lame. I'm sure they'll ban or warn me for this post and { Mod Edit } let them keep poluting the forums.

Actually, we've deleted over 3 pages of MapleStory posts.

Just an idea:

For new members a mod needs to approve the first post (or fist couple of em). Would sure kill the spammers.

The amount of spam i think has gone down.... do any of you remeber that lame kid that used a program to post the same  thing every few seconds .. happened a couple months ago. I forgot, didn't he say he was a teenage kid. He spammed the site for a half an hour or so. I haven't seen anything like that since, good job mods

I dunno, I thought that chinese guy whoring 12sky was more annoying than your basic gold seller, but these maple spams make me want to melt down my silverware into bullets. Ah well, at least they disappear quickly enough.
