They all seem like they'll suck to me, nothing new over anyother mmorpg out already and still fantasy and still not upto the blockbuster quality of games like HL2 or GEOW etc etc.

TCoS is doomed to start with...acclaim,ad more speifically Devid perry, have the inverse midas touch. every mmorpg they touch become dog shit right on the spot.
and AoC is in a downward spiral that havent reached the bottom yet. |

I'm changing my vote to Chronicles of Spellborn. Been waiting for them to have a real US publisher for years. Been waiting for this game for years.
Feels like X-mas. "The public is wonderfully tolerant. It forgives everything except genius." |

Let's see: I've played AoC. I've been in the TCoS beta for over a year ( that's all the NDA allows me to say ). I haven't played WAR, but I've seen the videos. Out of the three right as of this moment, WAR will win. |

None of the above. Besides, Spellborn isn't even out yet, so how can you judge it anyway? ------------------------------------------------ Playing: Guildwars, single player games |

Only looking forward to TCOS, but there is no way that a niche game like TCOS is going to pass Warhammer online in popularity, hell I would be surprised if it beat AoC in popularity. |

this poll is hardly a fair fight anymore. WAR will clearly be the winner of these three by the end of '08 |

I would say WAR but WOTLK might release in 2008 and Blizzard delvers quality every time. --- |

From being in the beta/release for all of these games for 6+ months I would have to say that WAR is the better product, with TCOS following, and AoC after that. This is my opinion based on fun factor, replay factor, content, stability, and overall appeal. Just my opinions really. Cheers! |

If you are talking "winner" as in GOTY awards then I'd vote "Mines of Moria" expansion. It's coming out late Fall and Turbine won almost every award last year for LoTRO. So, I'm guessing their expansion will be just as high quality and they'll take GOTY again this year.

Thanks for the interesting post. To avoid another question: do you think, it will stay in the first quarter or half 2009? (out of the three) |
