Great bunch of folks who know that life is more than just the game! THe game you pick is not that important, the people you play with are!

That makes me wish I still had a cat or two. I miss having them around. Mine never did that though. Although, they would try to take over my shoulders. Both of them at once. Don't feel alone, Tom. Many of us older gamers are in the game mostly for the community, (I suppose that could be part of the popularity phenomena of Match.com and the like, hehe.) I know my husband and I, as well as my grown kids enjoy meeting and making friends from all over the world. You might find Voyage Century Online to your liking, beautiful video quality graphics if your computer can handle it, and the community as a whole is older generation. I have many friends in VoC the age 45 and up, and surprisingly quite a few women pirates, too
