If SOE invited me to Vegas, I have a few things I hope I would ask them.  Here's the short list:

Why did you revamp professions just before the Trials of Obi Wan, and then have those professions deleted by the NGE?

Why did you put all kinds of reward items in the Trials of Obi Wan that were rendered useless by the NGE?

Why did you give people reward items in the paid for expansion "rage of the wookies," and then later disable those items, rendering them useless?

Why did you have people play trials of Obi Wan in the old game system, and have them get all excited about it, renew their game subs for it, pay by Visa for it, and then yank it out from under them, replacing it with a completely different game system immediately after Visa payments for the expansion were finalized?

Why did you entice people to buy the Trials of Obi Wan early by offering special in-game items, and then change the game completely after you got money from all of these people?

Why did you think that it would help your subscriptions to delete people's ingame progress, in some cases like 2 years worth?

Why did you remove fun things like camps from the game in the first place via the NGE?

Why did you slowly reintroduce removed features (e.g. camps and creature-handling) over the course of two years, and expect people to pay you to gradually restore what you took away from them in the first place?

Why did you spend the last 2 years removing and then restoring game features instead of fixing the numerous actual bugs in the game, and instead of actually adding new content?

How can you think that doing all the above is somehow justifiable simply because you say that your subscription numbers were dropping and "something" had to change? 

The question I'd like to see answered is this.

What happens if SWG doesn't get the amount of subs SOE thought it would post-NGE?

I'd ask Smedley what brand of deodorant he uses that's good enough to mask the smell of sulfur.

Your questions are good ones but if Smed was smart all he would need to say is.. " We screwed up" and thats why we gave refunds to the people who wanted them.

I guess what I would like to ask is:

With everything that has happened, was the NGE work it? or do you think coming out with a "NEW" SWG/NGE been a better idea?
