Also, im pretty sure that it says on the bottom of that page in red letters "This Promotion Is Now Expired"

Whatever you say chief - had no problem getting a new code after refreshing one time on the main page of mmorpg.com. Guess I just have better luck than you do.

Also you do not have to refresh 100 times. It is always right in the middle left side of the main page; has been for awhile now.

I had no problem refreshing the main screen of MMORPG.com until the advertisment for CoH/CoV came on-screen. I clicked on that advertisement and a code was provided to me at the bottom of the screen.

I just got a trial key one hour ago from this site. Therefore I conclude the 14 day trial action is still going. No need to ask for keys then at least not when you live in North America. But you could always try a proxy server to acquire one.

I signed up here and got 14-day trial which turns out to be ONLY 10-days When I reChecked my emails from COH I didn't catch before that the dates it gave only amouted to 10-days , thats BS , if I had caught that to start with I wouldn't have even bothered to install the game , I wonder what kind of BS they or somebody is pulling on paying customers they won't be getting any of my money .
