There are pros and cons about Flyff. But just outright telling people to not play it is not very fair at all. Let people make up their minds about a game. And besides, no one really listens to those people who come on BB boards, being all doom and gloom, shouting from the rooftops that a game really sucks, commnding players to not play the game because YOU don't like the game.

Free thought and freedom of choice rocks in most part of the world.

Having said that, I do play Flyff and I think it is rife with one of the most dispicable scams any player will perpatrate. You will have players screaming at you all day long, begging you to powerlevel them. You will agree on a price then the player getting powerleveled will mount their Hoverboard or Broom (which keeps that player from getting attacked by anything) and go AFK for hours on end. And when the player doing the powerleveling asks for compensation (usually half of the fee halfway through the power leveling session), the other player creates some lame convienant excuse, logs out and oesn't pay anything. And this continues to happen over and over again, every day of the game.

 Sadly, there are so many scammers because there are so many players who continually believe the scammers.  The players need to get smarter and more wise to these scammer's ruses.

There needs to be some escrow system in place to help powerlevelers protect their services. A system that would ensure they got paid for the services.

flyff is fine, but you need a guild or party all the time to lvl after "noobness"

Money is easy to get on flyff, unless you are just expecting to get rich selling trash drops.  Let me put it more plainly...I was a newb (my main is only level 49 STILL) and I am wearing, between both my characters AND my fiancees characters, about 50 Mil in weapons and items.  I didn't even try all that hard to earn it.

The grind isnt bad really either...not until later on.  Honestly...it lacks an endgame entirely.  So...im in no hurry to hit endgame lol. 

The major thing I hate is that the login servers are trash since they added v7.  Endgame is something they can work on...and frankly, have plenty of time to do so.  Hitting levle 120 isnt quick after all.  Otherwise, the classes are fun...the combat is fun...the ability to really tweak your characters stats and enjoy the build is great. 

Once you get past the anime-esque cartoony-ness of it anyway.

Guild Wars is good....buuuuuttttt....

The PvE side of that game is DULL.  Mind Numbingly so.  Unless you have actual friends to play with, its a migraine for ME anyway.  PvP rocked well enough.  But, i found my attention drifting alot.  Honestly...unless you can't afford it....WOW is a better choice than guild wars.   When you talk about games like Flyff...you have to realize that typically you are speaking to someone who cannot afford the big names right now.  So you can effectively cut any game that actually cost money out of the picture.

In the realm of free2play games....flyff is great.  I liked rappelz too. 

Lvling sucks, someone plz say how to lvl up fast!!
But i think the graphics are nice!

It's well made for what it is, a free fantasy MMORPG.

The community is pretty terrible, but there will still be some nice guys out there.
