Quite a few updates in the world of FreeWorld lately:

First of all there is a new fansite which you can find here, and they are hosting a contest which you can read about here:

1ST PLACE

1) If you do not already have a FreeWorld Alpha account you will get one.

2) You will win up to 3 other accounts for your friends (real names of friends and there email addresses must be sent to draconus@freeworldonline.com before May 20th 2004) ONLY SEND NAMES AND EMAILS IF YOU WIN 1st PLACE.

3) You will get VIP status in game and have a permanent account in all testing phases (this does not include your friends or after the game goes gold).

4) Winner will be able to keep there levels for the next phase of testing (this does not count your friends and is only for one phase).

5) Winner will get 100,000 in-game money (this does not have any real money value and can only be used inside the gaming world of FreeWorld).

6) Your name will be added to the game city.

Secondly, the FreeWorld comics are back, located at a new home and complete with the new 5th comic!  You can find all the comics here, and the new one in particular here.

And last, but by no means least, 4 new exclusive screenshots for everyone here at our great site!

These 4 screenshots do a great job of showing off the new engine which is in the process of being implemented.  As soon as it is completely in place we will have many more exclusive screenshots for you! You can visit the official FreeWorld site by clicking here.
