I've tried 3 times to download this crap to my Pc now and guess what their poxy servers and or mirrors dont support the resume. Each time its failed I have had to start all over again |

I downloaded my beta game via the http://www.fileplanet.com/ mirror. It only requires a free or paid account. I agree that it could be done alot smoother if they placed mirrors on their official website, but I have no problem with downloading for an official side link.

After they closed down PW, I was able to download mine from the official site under Downloads.
9dragons.acclaim.com/downloads/9Dgame.htm I just clicked on the Acclaim icon under the 3 options. |

So now I have given up and am not going to bother playing it at all 
Why oh why do these idiots not include the resume feature with such large files
