spec are: intel core 2 duo t5500 1.66GHZ 2GB ram i think built in intel grpahics 128 MB Runs wow great doesnt run eq 2(almost not even playable) but my pc runs eq 2 great and wow not as good as laptop....

First check if your video card supports shader model 2.0, Vanguard needs at least a 2.0 to run. Here are the system requirements that the Vanguard team posted on the beta 5 FAQ:

Unless you get alienware, you're not going to find a laptop that can handle Vanguard. I'm in beta, and I couldn't find anything that would do the job, I ended up going back to a desktop.

If it doesn't run EQ2, than I wouldn't get my hopes up.
I suggest to get a new graphics card, for an intel 128 mb just isn't gonna cut it I'm affraid. Unless you don't want to see other people's faces of course |

What would u recomend for a grapghics card on a budget of about 200-300$ might need to include installing it but more then likely not....
