For the people who have played it.. How does it play, as far as controls/feel/character movement. Is it like EQ2/SWG/WOW etc. Lienage 2 looked great, but the feel/controls, just everything about it didnt feel right and my guild didnt play it long at all.. |

I suggest posting that question at the archlord forum instead of here...there are too many Personally AL's controls are similar to L2...AL is a basic/simple MMORPG. |

well, the "feel" of the game and controls are very similiar to Lineage 2. if Lineage 2's controls killed the game for you, then chances are big ArchLord is not the game for you. |

Seconded. Korean games are designed for the bang (video game bar). As such, you can't alter the UI at all, controls are limited, windowed mode is kludged, etc. But compared to other games designed for PvP such as DAoC, SB and L2, it has it's strengths. DAoC graphics are dated. Movement is like skating a foot above the surface. SB client and server didn't stabilize for a year after launch. L2 is beautiful, but the PvP Karma system really killed the open PvP feel. AL point-click movement is fluid. WASD needs work. Graphics are par. Client and server are highly stable. PvP rogue system allows for open pvp but caps griefers from running rampant. It's only going to improve. |

The movement is choppy (and no, its not my computer) they need to work on it to make it more fluid.
