Bungie opened the first Destiny 2 prestige raid earlier today (10:00 am Pacific / 1:00 pm Eastern) and just over an hour later, Clan Redeem has defeated it. Clan Redeem beat Leviathan a scant four-minutes ahead of the next finisher, something Bungie deemed a "good game".
Clan Redeem is a well-known speed running group, best known for having finished Destiny 1's Wrath of the Machine ahead of all others.
We don't know yet if anything will be unlocked for CR's completion of Leviathan, but it's likely that a new PvP map or some other unlock will be announced soon.
Congratulations to Clan Redeem for being World First to complete the Prestige Raid... by a margin of only four minutes! Good Game. pic.twitter.com/opCbO0dP9w
