MMORPG.com has teamed up with K2 Networks to bring an exciting contest to our community! From now until Nov 10, 2008 at 9PM EDT we will be taking entries into this random drawing sweepstakes where we will give away one grand prize bundle which includes an Apple iPod Touch 8GB, Sword of the New World T-Shirt and a Sword of the New World poster!
About Sword of the New World
Sword of the New World is an action-packed tactical fantasy MMORPG inspired by Europe's exploration of the Americas. Delve into a visually stunning world of fantastic Baroque architecture and conspiracy. As a player you have the possibility of becoming a key representative of one of the political factions that constantly vie for power. Sword of the New World offers exploration and adventure in a world of political intrigue, conflict, and danger.
As you travel the lands of the New World, you may discover Ancient Relics among the ruins of past civilizations. And you may find these treasures guarded not just by the local beasts, but by other Families from around the globe as well. But, luckily, you have the option of joining forces with your own friends (other Pioneering Families) to battle your enemies and eventually control the world of Granado Espada.
FEATURES:
- Multi Character Control - Control up to three unique characters at once, each with their own statistics, skills, and levels.
- Stance Leveling System - Master your characters' strengths through stances to unlock new skills and abilities. Increase your skill with your weapon as your stance level increases.
- Prestige - Each one of your characters is devoted to the family you have created. As your characters rise in level, so too will your family level, granting additional buffs and prestige.
- Guild Wars - Striving for glory and limitless power, the guilds of Prandel are constantly at war with each other. Gather your friends and lay siege to the halls of your enemies, claiming them as your own!
- Massive PvP - Fight alongside your clan mates for control of the many colonies that lay unclaimed in the New World. The more colonies your clan controls, the more power you wield. Regularly held GM-run PvP events also add to the mix in fighting for honor and prizes.
- Political System - Two political powers are vying for control of the New World, with player elected leaders for each side. Join the Royalists, devoted to colonizing for the old world, or the Republicans who wish to break free and create a world of their own.

Prizes
The prize is for one (1) prize package containing:
- (1) Apple iPod Touch 8GB
- (1) Sword of the New World t-shirt
- (1) Sword of the New World poster
These prizes are to be awarded by Cyber Creations Inc. (herein known as "CCI") which is the parent company of MMORPG.COM. Prizes are not transferable. Any taxes, duty or extra fees are the responsibility of the winner. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, except as provided by the manufacturer. In the event a prize is not available CCI will replace it with another prize of equal or greater value. No replacements will be made for non-value items (ie beta accounts).
NOTE: This contest is being operated solely by MMORPG.COM, not K2 Networks. Any issues/disputes that arise as a result of this contest will be handled by CCI/MMORPG.COM. Members are NOT to contact K2 Networks regarding this contest.
How To Enter
Entries may be submitted via the form below. All persons entering are required to have an active MMORPG.COM account with a validated e-mail address (your account must be activated). Unsubscribing from the MMORPG.COM Web site removes the entrant's eligibility to win. It is completely free to subscribe to the MMORPG.COM membership plan.
Eligibility
The drawing is only eligible to members of the MMORPG.COM Web site who are residents of a country where such contests are not prohibited by law, who are 13 years of age or older and not employees of CCI, CCI sponsors, CCI volunteer staff or CCI affiliates and their families. Only one entry is allowed per person and is limited to one entry per household.
Winner Selection
ONE (1) ticket-winners will be selected on November 10, 2008 at 9PM EST. These tickets will be selected by a computer random number generation algorithm designed by CCI.
As a reward to dedicated members, they will receive an additional chance at winning for every 5 day(s) they have logged into MMORPG.COM, up to a maximum of 5 chances. Only one login per day will be counted. Only dates from 10/11/08 through 11/10/08 will be counted
The winners will be notified by email as soon as possible from the time their member number is selected randomly as a winner. This notification will arrive at the outside email address they used to create their MMORPG.com account as well as their private MMORPG.com mailbox. Winners will have to confirm their prize within 24 hours by visiting the web page described in the winner email instructions. If after this time all prize slots have not been confirmed, we will disqualify remaining tickets and select the remaining winners by a method of our choosing.
NOTE: It is the responisbility of the entrant to visit the contest page at MMORPG.com within 24 hours to claim their prize. The email notices are for courtesy only and failure to receive this email for whatever reason does not void the entrant of their responsibility to visit the official contest page to confirm their winning entry.
Winners will be required to provide proof of eligibility (age, name and address). Information will have to match your MMORPG.COM account values.
Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. CCI is not responsible for late, misdirected or damaged communication of any kind including computer failure. All decisions are final. The odds of a winning number being drawn are approximately 1 in 500. A list of winners shall be available by sending a written request to Cyber Creations Inc. c/o contest winners, 73-5563 Olowalu St. Suite #B203, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740. By accepting the prize, winners agree that CCI, its directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall hold all such parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this giveaway.
