New Grenth and Dwayna Wintersday Costumes

The Tyrian New Year will be celebrated once again with festive decorations, gifts, holiday treats and winter-appropriate weather of course. As a part of the Wintersday event celebration, MMORPG.com has partnered with the Guild Wars team to give away two brand-new Wintersday costumes—the Grenth and Dwayna costumes—allowing players to dress their characters in style this season. These two costumes fit into new costume slots on your character portrait and can be worn over existing armor.

Grenth's Regalia

This imposing Grenth costume represents the rarely-seen, fashionable side of the Tyrian god of death. Deck out your character in regal morbidity with this costume and matching headpiece, and spread a little darkness this Wintersday!

Dwayna's Regalia

Your character will embody the luminous beauty of Dwayna when wearing this elegant costume. Its feathers and finery shimmer in a fitting tribute to the goddess of air and light. The Dwayna costume also comes with a glamorous matching headpiece.

While players can buy the Grenth and Dwayna costumes separately or as a pair, MMORPG.com has secured 30 costumes from the Guild Wars team to give away this week. If you do not win one of these costumes, you can still purchase them at the In-Game Store and the NCsoft Store. Each costume costs $6.99 (€5.99/£3.99) singly, but for a limited time (until January 17, 2010) you can get both costumes for $9.99 (€8.99/£5.99).
