The latest Conan Exiles update has been deployed that bring a trio of neat things into the game including traps, easier-to-make mods and a bundle of new placeables.
Players will be able to set up all sorts of new traps by unlocking the explosives feat. This allows for the creation of both an exploding trap and a vapor trap. These can be put anywhere there is adequate space. Players stepping on a trap will be able to disarm it as long as they remain standing still.
Those who enjoy the challenge of modding will be happy to hear that they can make their own item tables now that supplement the developer-created tables. Mods will not have to be updated every time Funcom releases a patch under the new system.
Lastly, players can now create all kinds of new placeables used to decorate the spaces they inhabit. These new creations include pillows, a Stygian bed, chairs, a brazier, campfire, torches, new windchimes, and other, smaller items.
