Paragon Studios has announced that the Weekly Strike Targets in City of Heroes will be changed due to issues with the current quests. During today's regularly scheduled maintenance, WSTs will be disabled. When restarting the game, two new WSTs will be implemented.
During this maintenance we will be enabling "Clamor and Destruction", obtained from Sister Psyche in Independence Port (Hero), and "Pirates of the Sky" (Villain), obtained either from Silver Mantis in Sharkhead Isle or from your Supergroup or Villaingroup base's mission computer or Oracle.
Players who have already completed the current Weekly Strike Target tasks will have their reward status reset for the week, allowing them to properly receive their Notice of the Well reward upon completion of the updated Weekly Strike Target.
