After much consideration, I have decided to take a leap of faith and publish a blog here on MMORPG.com, as the site designers have so generously included the feature.
A little about me: I am a reviewer here at MMORPG.com, with several published pieces under my belt. I'm extremely honored to be a part of such a great staff of writers, gamers and opinionated online personalities. You can check the review section for my previous articles, covering RuneScape, Dark Age of Camelot, and Runes of Magic to-date.
I also write for Yahoo! Games and several other websites, and I've been a "Gamer Chick" for over twenty years. I'm also notoriously bad at maintaining a blog, and despite the fact that it was a 2011 New Years Resolution (which means I'm apt to fail to achieve it), I'm chosing this venue to increase my blogging expertise.
About the blog: What will you find in 'Diary of a Gamer Chick?' Well, all things video games, of course, with special emphasis on MMORPG experiences (and FPS titles, as I also write for FPSGuru) since this is the go-to site for such topics. This includes mini reviews, rants, tips, and my favorite: Experiments. Yes, experiments, though I'm keeping those under wraps until I conduct and cover my introductory gaming experiment. I will be enlisted volunteers for these missions, so please stay tuned to the blog for more details.
