I will try to be as unbiased as I can.

Age of Conan brings a much refreshing change to the MMO genre, it has many features that we miss and have been long sought for.   Personally it brings the old feel of Golden Axe meets Ultima Online with a splash of Dark Ages of Camelot , last but least a sprinkle of World of Warcraft.

My girlfriend and I are playing Tempest of Set - Conqueror combo respectively, our journey thus far has been super-calla-fraja-listic-expe-alla-doe-shiss! He said what!? It is, simply put... great!

Our journey started on the shores of Tortage.  It wasn't long after we made our way through the jungle to the city where we could finally meet up.

The quest's felt very intuitive and had lot's of player interaction which made emersion A+.  I was asorbed into the world of Hyboria without a doubt.  I think my phone rang a hundred times and never heard it once.

Group interface is adequate and has some neat features: One that stood out most was the summon group members to you.  This is a great feature and I expect it to save much wasted time.

The items we were looting were standard and had great variety.  We all looked different which made the setting that much more epic. Also many versions of the same item but with different stats which made it feel Starwars Galaxies loot'ish.

The combat system will take time to master but we had a great feel for it by the time we hit Tortage.

We finally met our friends, a Necromancer, a Ranger, and a Guardian. We grouped up and set out to White Sands Isle. We attempted it on Epic and did well till... I stress "till". Other players arrived on the Isle and promptly ganked us.

We gathered our composure when we realized this is how it was gonna be.  We then strategically began to rape and pillage the area of all other players. We worked as a unit and believe the unit is strongest.  We follow this philosophy in all our MMO's and have done extremely well at the end of the day.

We continued to quest till our eyes were heavy and ended our evening in Tortage... I will keep you all posted as this is going to be my daily play journal.

No lag all night everything ran amazing fast, it was smooth overall. We have two brand new custom desinged and built PC's curtosey of moi! =)

Regarding the comments thus far:

Thanks for all the feedback, some of you people make me wonder though, this is in a bad way.

First off, power supply might be a bit much but later on down the road I won't have to buy a new one.

Second, this is to Goldenr1, Im not debating Intel's chips over AMD's. Im a IT consultant and know my shit, thanks for your feedback though.

Third, directed to Smikis, serious did you look at the mobo? WTF, Nforce! Dude! It is a AMD 790FX chipset and is AMD/ATI Crossfire ready mobo. There is nothing Nforce about this fucking setup. People don't do drugs, this is what happens to your children once they a grown up.

4th and last, this ones for you Nddesh, I could do all sort's of raid/multiple HD setups, but im going for gaming performance not redundancy or data loss. Serious! All that raid 0 crap you see them guys doing on all the overclocker forums...well...simply put is just stupid. That degrades performance not boost it.  Im not sure where they work, or if they work in IT but I would like to chat to their boss becuase that is the funniest bullshit I ever read.

Also what are you talking about a Nvidia Fan for?  Once again parent's lay of the wacky tabacky.

Also, no! The 8800 GT would not be better for my setup, I went for a Spider compliant gaming system.  Spider Compliant machines need to be: 790FX Chipset, ATI HD 3800 series video cards and last but least a Phenom processor.

I swear people don't fucking read.
