So there you are!!! Your an otaku right?? RIGHT???!!! If you really are then you should meet the qualifications needed to be an official Otaku to everone's eye! Yes! That is needed to distinguish the normal to the obsess type!
So a voting system was made in Japan and the TOP 10 LIST on How you can spot an otaku was made! So don't blame me for the list! Blame the people who voted for this! And just look to where you fall in the category.
1. Has an anime T-shirt
2. Has an anime shopping bag
3. He has a waist pouch (”fanny pack” / “bum bag”)
4. He wears a bandanna (hachimaki)
5. His bag is covered in anime badges
6. His hair is excessively long
7. He wears his rucksack over both shoulders
8. He has big, thick glasses
9. He tucks his shirt/T-shirt into his trousers
10. He wears chemical wash jeans
So all in all if you fuse all requirements together your face should be like this:
Some may pierce into your heart and soul but who cares!! Welcome to the club of Otakus!!

P.S.
I saw this rankings at Kotaku and I laughed hard because I don't really see the point in the rankings.. Anyway.. This lead me to the real poster of the rankings by Sankaku Complex site which also said the original ranking system was made here. So you get the point that I was lead to these sites by accident (Thanks to Kotaku.. T_T)
