OK, so I realise a lot of the fun in MMOs lies in having the opportunity to beat up on your fellow man in a safe virtual environment. It's just not something I'm interested in doing. The main reason, I guess, is that I'm too competitive by nature, and it just wouldnt be fun for anyone to play me, win or lose. It would be griefing, ragequits, the works.
I have had some very limited PvP experience, mostly in Guild Wars (Fort Aspenwood, the occasional special holiday PvP such as the Dragon Arena, and even a few Alliance Battles). But the objective there wasnt to fight the other guys, it was to gather Faction or presents for my own characters, I viewed it as kind of a necessary evil in the way of my goals.
So it's PvE all the way for me. Next time you see me in WoW and you try and duel me, just watch that duel flag sail back on up into the sky ;)
