I decided to create a blog today...don't see why not.
As my first blog entry, let's discuss Fallout3. Has anyone seen the presentation at E3? I found it truly amazing!
It seemed like it had that Oblivion feel to it..like there's an open world and you can explore all of it. One of my favorite parts of Oblivion was the freedom, and it seems like Fallout3 will be filled with freedom...making an impact on the world, and choosing your own path.
Something really neat was teddy bear rocket launcher, hehe. The way you can target the enemies was really interesting as well. Another neat feature was that you could get a dependency on drugs, I found that very unique and real life-like.
Also, what is very reassuring is that it is being created by the devs of Oblivion.
Is anyone else looking forward to Fallout3? IF not, how come?

I was Really worried that it was gana be a crappy realtime Tactics game. Glad its not tho :)
Tho i am sad that it looks like there will only be a dog as a Companion.. I allways like the Party system in Fallout 2 :(
Mon Aug 04 2008 12:30AMIt looks really cool in terms of freedom and gameplay. I'm not so into the KOTOR like style (pausing, skills, etc). When I get into skills and stuff like that, it just doesn't seem fun to me :P
VAT looks like a great feature :)
Hope you have fun!!

Teddy Bear Rocket launcher...lol...sounds wickedly fun and cool. ^_^
Mon Aug 04 2008 10:52AMMy biggest consern is the multi platform. Makes the inventory and it's followers difficult to work with. Morrowind was better than oblivion in my opinion. Would have loved to see the original creators make the game but since that's not gonna happend i guess this will do.
