I would like to start this entry with an apology to any out there that may be reading this. Three entries in and I haven't properly introduced myself. My name is Deksam, and I am a clone. I don't know how many of you are out there, and I don't know how much time I have left to live, but in the off chance tomorrow is my last day, I wanted to do something for all the new clones out there that may be put into the same position I am in now.

I will be writing a number of entries detailing key places, and key points to this world that I hope will help many clones to come find their way in this barren and desolate place.

First things first. I would like to start by showing you the world we live in now. Each area of our world is divided into Sectors. Currently, I reside in Sector 1.

Don't let the size of the maps fool you, the radiation has mostly closed us in, (the X's around the perimeter indicates where traces of radiation start) but the areas we are confined to are so expansive. Traveling to the nearest town from Zanesville without a horse or vehicle is just not an option. The land is barren and dangerous, and walking anywhere would take hours out of your life. In this world, the slow are forgotten and the stagnant are dead. You must become mobile, or you may not survive your next encounter with a creeper, much less a Sand Worm.

As for where you begin, clone, you have some choices here. For combat, you can head to Boneclaw to learn melee weaponry. Or if you'd prefer you can head to Depot 66. If you'd like to learn how to use a pistol you can head to Depot 66, Zanesville, Terance or Mumford. For your rifle skills you can head to Zanesville or Terence. You can craft at Midway or the South Burb, of vie to help and support others around Clinton or the North Burb. Whatever you do decide on I ask that you please don't let this confuse you. You will be able to sufficiently train any of your preferred combat or crafting skills at just about any of the towns you move to. In fact, most likely, you will be anxious to get out and explore and try and make a name for yourself in such a way you may not even be in that town for very long. These towns listed here just happen to have many merchants that would assist in the procurement of weapons, goods and skills that you will most assuredly learn along the course of your life.

I hope that in some small way this will help you get your bearings.
