Hello, fellow Fiestans,
It's time once again for our weekly server maintenance! What's been going on since last time?
The GMs have been busy rolling out the orange and black carpets while getting ready for Halloween. The team is throwing around an idea of a boys-vs-girls costume contest, but they can't agree on who would judge! Lightburb volunteered, but then she decided that she wanted to wear a costume, too! Pretty soon you'll be able to dress up along with the GMs, as there are new October items on the way! We can't wait to show you which designs became reality!
There's a lot being added this week, so let's get right into it. With Halloween fast approaching, the towns have put up some of their own decorations to celebrate! A couple new monsters have also found their way to Isya. Look out for the Jack-O-Lantern monster in places like Moonlight Tomb, Collapsed Prison and Dark Land. The other monster is a huge, fearsome zombie that wants to infect everyone in the world! You'll have to be lucky to catch sight of him... though it may be the last thing you see!
Additionally, we all know that the GMs LOVE to talk (especially Wishbone), and so do our players! Now it'll be even easier to trigger emotes to go with your discussions! Certain text phrases will trigger emotes, and we've included a list of many of them in the patch notes below.
Finally, there's a whole new batch of quests on the way. This group of 20 quests is for levels 74-76 and includes 4 repeatable quests! We've included a table below detailing the level required and where to start each quest to help everyone out. Use it as a reference to get rolling!
Changes
- Added 2 Halloween monsters: Jack-O-Lantern (regular mob) and Giant Zombie (special boss for events)- The Jack-O-Lantern carries goodies and can be found on 18 different maps. It will spawn up to 3 times on each map- The Giant Zombie is not for the faint of heart! He has really high defense and can (temporarily) turn you into a zombie, too! Don't expect any rewards beyond bragging rights, though!- Halloween town reskin for: Roumen, Elderine and Uruga- Added text triggers for emotes- Sample triggers: what's up, yo, salutations, LOL, lawl, sniff, tear, smile, mad, dancing, salute, shocked, assist, hug, attention- 20 quests added for levels 74-76:
