So I received a letter from a Registered Training Organisation today about the course I applied for last week, except they've sent me the completely wrong information. I enrolled in a Certificate II in Retail Operations, not a Certificate III in Customer Contact. I really don't see how the two could get confused, I remember exactly what I applied for... Anyway, I shall phone 'em up tomorrow morning and see what's up and if AI can get placed in the correct course.
They've sent me all the course materials and everything for the wrong course, I've even completed the first assessment, heh :D
Anyway, yeah, better get it sorted out.
