Bad time to deposit money in RCEs

With the world economy the way it is these days, It is an extremely bad time to deposit cash into any of these Real Cash Economy type games, or MMOCasinos as some seem to be styled, thus I highly recommend not depositing until all this economic uncertainty blows over. It may not blow over overnight, but it will happen over time.

In the same vein, I would not recommend to anyone not living in the US to consider the purchase of goods from the US online at this point in time, I would however recommend strengthening your local economy by buying locally ;)

However it is ultimately up to you what you do with your money, just think though about the money you could save by waiting though ;)

So I received a letter from a Registered Training Organisation today about the course I applied for last week, except they've sent me the completely wrong information. I enrolled in a Certificate II in Retail Operations, not a Certificate III in Customer Contact. I really don't see how the two could get confused, I remember exactly what I applied for... Anyway, I shall phone 'em up tomorrow morning and see what's up and if AI can get placed in the correct course.

They've sent me all the course materials and everything for the wrong course, I've even completed the first assessment, heh :D

Anyway, yeah, better get it sorted out.

Powering away, WoW Raid wise

Raid wise, I've been powering away in World of Warcraft, having cleared Heroic OS and 3 wings in heroic Naxxramas. Currently looking forward to running the normal 10 man versions of these, and maybe even doing a 10/25 man VoA...

Loving the new guild that I mentioned I joined in my last post. Nice people and overly generous with the loot o_O

Anyhoo, back to the ever addictive Sins of a Solar Empire.

A new day, A new guild

And so I've been drafted into the ranks of 'Light of the Phoenix', a fairly large guild on the Oceanic server (who incidently, I had actually never heard of till last week) and so far I've completed the Plague Quarter in Naxx (Normal) and one of the Naxx bosses in Heroic mode.

Today I was scheduled to join in a OS raid, but due to pc overheating issues I had to pull out... The overheating issues were a result of the weather in my area, which reached nearly 42 degrees celcius this afternoon, though in the computer room it felt 10 degrees hotter, NOT pretty.

I really hate this perth weather sometimes, and incompetant public housing authorities who don't let you install (or have installed) air-con and/or insulation.
