MMOs are horrible games... which is why I am still here...

MMOs are horrible games, yet they continue to suck me in never finding the true MMO I want to play... Anyone else have this crappy effect?

Yeah I wanted to try archlord man and support them. But I knew it would have a massive grind. they should know western audiences will be turned off by a huge grind. wish they woulda experimented with it and removed a lot of the teduim. I never did try the game I was thinking to at least try the trial one day. but now i am subbed to EVE and busy trying to learn that one

on second thought I forget they dont require a subscription. maybe ill at least give the trial a whirl. hope it has full looting right?

I tried it since it went F2P and it is pretty decent I guess for an F2P but I do not have the time to grind all the way back up again. It isn't too bad of a game, I am glad they went F2P so more players will play.

I'm surprise you like AL, since it's really look like rappelz, instead that I've found rappelz way better. And, I didn't get banned in rappelz, and I've got banned in AL, my friend who's working for Codemaster is still trying to see why.

It has a decent concept (like Lineage 2) but it is just wayyy too grindy.. just like Lineage 2 and I can't afford to spend time on another grind.

Yeah it's a grind but I keep it (and Rappelz too) installed for when I'm in the mood to fiddle around by myself. At least one thing in AL: with crafting, etc. you don't need any of the item shop buffs. Unless you're going to PvP maybe, which I don't.

I've heard Rappelz gets cool after lvl 30 with dungeons and stuff but I don't play the grind-games enough to level that high.
